Conclusion to "What Athletes Want"

In this first module we have looked at athlete's needs and preferences in terms of coaching. It's all about the coach being an architect in creating an environment for their athletes to succeed. From a personal perspective you have been asked to reflect and identify the skills and habits you bring to a program as well as gather some feedback from your own athletes and colleagues in terms of identifying 2 or 3 skills you would like to develop further.

Before you move onto the next learning module, "Great Instruction" make sure you have completed your reflective worksheet, '1D Environment of Success", 1E Athlete Feedback Survey and 1F "My Skills".

In the next module, "Great Instruction" we will investigate what good coaching looks like.
